Security Interest Registration

This service enables the immediate registration of a new security interest over movable property.

How to access the Service?  

1. From the homepage, select “Register New Security Interest” and fill in the required information:
• General
• Secured Creditor
• Guarantor
• Collateral
• Statistical Information (optional)
2. You may select “Review” to review the data, or “Edit” to make any modifications.
3. Select “Confirm” to submit the registration. Note: “Access Number” is confidential and must not be shared with anyone, including the guarantor, as it allows you to amend or terminate the registration.
4. To print the registration, click “Print”

Amendment of Security Interest Registration

This service enables the immediate amendment of an existing security interest registration.

How to access the Service?  

1. From the homepage, select “Amend Existing Registration”
2. From the “Amendment Type” menu, choose “Amend”, then enter the “Registration Number” and “Access Number.”
3. Make the required amendments and save them.

 Termination of Security Interest Registration 

This service enables the immediate termination of existing security interest registration.

How to access the Service?

1. From the homepage, select “Amend Existing Registration”
2. From the “Amendment Type” menu, choose “Terminate”, then enter the “Registration Number” and “Access Number”.
3. Specify the party wishing to submit the termination and save the amendment.

Search Service

This service enables immediate search for registered security interests.

How to access the Service? 

1. From the homepage, select “Search Service”.
2. Enter the required search criteria.

Certified Search Report Extraction

This service enables the immediate extraction of a certified search report.

How to access the Service? 

1. From the homepage, select “Search Service”.
2. Check the box to request a certified search report.
3. Enter the required search criteria.
   Note:
   The search results are issued in the official language and electronically signed by the Register Administration. The certified search report will include a reference number for the search process, which can be used to retrieve the report from the Register's database. The certified search report is considered an official electronic document.
